Contact
Call if termites are swarming indoors or a closing date is close; the form is fine for everything else. Either way, a local pest control company follows up to set an inspection.
Phone
Serving Atlanta, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven and Smyrna. Calls may be recorded — see the disclosure.
What happens after you get in touch
Your call or request is passed on the same day to one local pest control company that works in your area. Someone from that company calls back, usually within one business day, to ask what you are seeing and when they can look. Termite work always needs an inspection before a price; a roach or ant problem sometimes can be talked through first.
Useful to have ready
None of this is required, but each item saves a question.
- Your ZIP code, which decides who covers you
- Whether the house is on a crawlspace, a slab or a basement, and roughly how old it is
- What you saw and where: swarmers at a window, mud tubes on a pier, roaches in the kitchen
- Any existing termite contract, and the company that holds it
- For a sale: the closing date and whether the loan is FHA or VA
Swarms, letters and timing
A termite swarm inside the house is worth a call the same week, though it is not an emergency. A termite letter for a sale should be booked as soon as the purchase contract is signed, not near closing. Mosquito and fire ant programmes are easiest to set up before the warm months start.
Calls are recorded
A short announcement plays before your call connects. Georgia allows recording with one party's consent, but this site is operated from Florida, which requires everyone's, so the notice plays on every call. Recordings exist so a description of your house is not misremembered. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form.

Common questions
Can someone tell me over the phone whether it is termites?
Often they can narrow it down from a photo of the insect or the wings. Confirming termites and pricing a treatment needs someone at the house.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
For a first visit, yes, or someone who can open the crawlspace, garage and basement. Later exterior visits can often happen without you.
